The RZ1 AL is a single-core or multi-core power and control cable with stranded aluminium conductors, cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, and a thermoplastic low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) outer sheath. It is designed for fixed installations in building wiring, industrial plants, and commercial infrastructure where circuit integrity and fire safety are critical. The cable complies with IEC 60502 for voltage ratings up to 0.6/1 kV and follows constructional guidelines of IEC 60227.
Aluminium conductors in the RZ1 AL cable offer an excellent balance of weight savings, cost efficiency, and reliable conductivity for power distribution. The stranded aluminium design provides flexibility during installation while the cable’s corrosion-resistant finish and durable insulation system ensure a long service life even in demanding indoor environments.
