We manage production capacity through order-based planning, material preparation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination. Our factory capacity covers both electrical cables and cable support systems, including cable trays, cable ladders, cable trunking, wire mesh cable trays, strut channels, EMT, and related accessories.
For standard products, we check available materials, production line status, and current stock to provide a practical delivery schedule. For customized products or project orders, we arrange capacity planning according to drawings, specifications, quantity, surface treatment, packaging requirements, and shipment schedule.
For large-volume or long-term orders, we confirming the forecast, delivery batches, and technical requirements in advance. This helps us reserve production capacity, prepare raw materials, reduce lead-time risk, and support stable supply for contractors, distributors, EPC companies, and project buyers.
We control product quality through a structured quality management process covering raw materials, production, finished product inspection, and quality traceability.
Before production, raw materials are checked according to relevant standards and order requirements. During manufacturing, key production steps are monitored to ensure product consistency. After production, finished products are inspected with professional testing equipment and standardized procedures.
Inspection items may include dimensions, appearance, electrical performance, mechanical properties, surface finish, packaging, and other product-specific requirements. Quality records are kept for traceability, helping ensure that each order can be checked and reviewed when needed.
Cable trays, cable ladders, cable trunking, strut channels, EMT, and accessories are usually packed in bundles, pallets, cartons, wooden cases, or customized export packaging.
Proper export packaging helps reduce deformation, surface scratches, moisture exposure, and handling damage during international transportation.
